| Yeah I knew the title would get your attention ( PERVS!)
Well recently I heard about a little something that happened in a server I play in Maplestory. Someone used a Super Megaphone and told the entire server a link saying it had nudes on it. I thought it was just a joke. Turns out it wasn't. This girl posted nude pictures of herself and put it on Photobucket for some idiotic reason. And she's only 16 so this is considered child pornography. Now she's pissed and supposedly she's going after the girl who used that Super Megaphone in real life. What do you all think about this? | |

| It sucks that that happened to her, but it's her own fault. As far as I know she can't actually press charges against the person for doing that because she did post them on photobucket, and I'm far as I know the public can easily gain access to those pictures if they wanted. If I'm wrong someone correct me please. | |

| I'm not sure what though. I mean for a civil case, I'm not sure since she is the one that put them on the internet and she should know anyone can look at them once she does that. As far as criminal cases are concerned... I don't know. I could ask my teacher, but chances are I'll just forget >.< | |

| Hmm I dont think she can technically do anything because its on a public area on the internet. That gives anyone the right to look at it. Plus no one slandered her name so she cant really sue for anything. | |
